We are pleased to announce that T.J. Lewis and his wife Rebekah have been called by God to come and serve here with us at Village Meadows Baptist Church. During the weekend of May 23rd, T.J. and Bekah were here and met many members of the congregation and youth and answered their questions. On Sunday, May 23rd, at 6:00 pm, a special called business meeting was held to hear T.J.’s testimony and to seek God’s will. The vote was unanimous in favor of calling him as our Student Pastor. 

T.J. and Bekah are now back in Texas in the middle of the moving process. They anticipate being here June 12th. You can help by praying for this young family, here are some specific things you can pray about.

• Moving stresses would be at a minimum
• Safety as they drive to Sierra Vista
• Good health as they make this move
